The Peanut Sponge is fast becoming a favorite due to its versatility. This USP Cotton Gauze Sponge is ideal for soft tissue dissection and delicate sponging as well as firmer dissection. The Peanut lip may be pulled over the sponge and held in a forcep to create a firmer dissecting sponge.

Northcare Cherry Sponges are formed by the high speed spinning of 100% Cotton. The spinning causes the interlocking of fibers which result in a soft, lint free, sturdy dissecting sponge. The distinctive X-Ray detectable dot is heat bonded down the center of the sponge as to not cause trauma to delicate areas.

The Rosebud used for Blunt Dissection is made from 100% USP Cotton Gauze, hand-folded and tightly sewn into a firm spherical shape. The X-Ray detectable element is heat bonded between the layers of gauze before it is folded and sewn. This prevents the possiblity of the X-Ray element protruding through the gauze causing trauma in delicate areas.

The Round Dissector Sponge, also known as the Cherry Sponge, is formed by the high speed spinning of 100% cotton fibers which result in the soft, lint-free but sturdy sphere. Ideal when wet for sponging delicate areas. The Round Dissector is X-Ray Detectable down the center of the sponge as to not cause trauma in delicate areas.
